Daniel Weinstein is an Associate at Shamoun & Norman, LLP. Mr. Weinstein practices primarily in commercial litigation matters, including representing limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and individuals in business disputes. Mr. Weinstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Texas Young Lawyers Association.
Mr. Weinstein graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in May 2019, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October of 2019. In his last semester of law school, Mr. Weinstein served on the United States Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee and on a leading member’s staff. While in law school, Mr. Weinstein served on the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law. Additionally, Mr. Weinstein worked as a teaching assistant, and a research assistant.
Prior to law school and during his undergraduate studies, Mr. Weinstein worked in the legal compliance sector of the residential real estate market. Mr. Weinstein graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy.
