Clinton M. Light
Clint Light is an associate attorney at Shamoun & Norman, LLP. He received his B.A. in History and Classics from the University of Alabama, where he graduated first in his class and was selected as the University’s Most Outstanding Senior for his campus leadership and service. After working for two years as a paralegal at a Washington, D.C. law firm, Clint attended Stanford University, earning his J.D. as well as an M.S. in Environment and Resources with a specialization in sustainable energy. Upon graduating, Clint joined a D.C.-based renewable energy consulting company as Vice-President and General Counsel. He then worked for the White House’s Office of Energy and Climate Change. Clint moved to Dallas in 2016 and joined Shamoun & Norman, LLP, working on both commercial litigation and transactional matters. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas Environmental & Natural Resources division, the American Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association’s Energy Law Section.
