Corinne Bennett is an associate at Shamoun & Norman, LLP who focuses primarily on commercial litigation. Ms. Bennett earned her J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law where she also graduated with a certificate in Business Law. During law school, Ms. Bennett was the Vice President of Internal Affairs and Treasurer for the Sports and Entertainment Law Association, a member of the SMU Dedman School of Law Student Bar Association Voting Counsel, and a Student Advisory Board Member for the SMU Dedman School of Law Career Center. Ms. Bennett also worked as a research assistant where she analyzed the effect of affordable housing on school children.
Ms. Bennett participated in the Corporate Counsel Externship where she worked closely with the General Counsel of a major entertainment company in drafting corporate policies, attending compliance meetings, and managing intellectual property. Ms. Bennett is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
