Frank J. Pehlke is an Associate at Shamoun & Norman, LLP. Mr. Pehlke practices primarily commercial litigation.
Mr. Pehlke received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Loras College, where he attended as a Merit Scholarship recipient. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Pehlke was a four year varsity football player, a regular participant in the College’s community outreach program, and an elected member of the Loras College chapter of The Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Pehlke earned his J.D. in 2020 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he attended on a Dean’s Scholarship. During law school, Mr. Pehlke was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the school’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Program. As a law student, Mr. Pehlke won both regional and national trial advocacy competitions, winning the 2018 John Marshall Trial-Trifecta and the National Championship in the Buffalo-Niagara Mock Trial Invitational where he also received the award for Best Overall Advocate.
Prior to joining S&N, Mr. Pehlke began his career at a large Chicago law firm.
