Hailey Moore

Hailey Moore is an Associate at Shamoun & Norman, LLP and practices primarily in commercial litigation. Ms. Moore is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Ms. Moore earned her Juris Doctor with an International Law Certificate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude and was an OU Law Merit Scholarship Recipient. During law school, Ms. Moore was an oralist and brief writer for both moot court and mock trial teams. Ms. Moore was a finalist in the Leroy R. Hassell Sr. National Moot Court Competition, and the winner of the Calvert Moot Court Competition and the Daughtery Moot Court Competition. In 2022, Ms. Moore was inducted into the Order of Barristers. While attending law school, Ms. Moore served as a Republic of Suriname panelist at the Pre-Sessions of the 39th Universal Periodic Review of the United Nations Human Rights Council. During her time in law school, Ms. Moore also clerked for the United States Air Force and the Dale K. Graham Veterans Foundation. While at OU Law, Ms. Moore served as president of the Organization for the Advancement of Women in Law and the Military Law Society, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

Prior to earning her Juris Doctor, Ms. Moore graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Minors in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
