Ian McGirk Webb is an Associate at Shamoun & Norman, L.L.P. He practices primarily commercial litigation.
Before becoming an attorney, Ian worked as a financial and operational analyst for seven years, having earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He later received his Juris Doctor from the Texas A&M School of Law and became a licensed member of the State Bar of Texas in 2021. He is the author of a forthcoming article in the Dartmouth Law Journal on the intersection of constitutional and asylum law, and a grateful husband and father of three children.
