Jarred Davis is an Associate Attorney at Shamoun & Norman, LLP, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Davis practices primarily commercial litigation.
Mr. Davis earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Saint Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. During law school, Mr. Davis worked as a legal intern for Primalend Capital Partners’ in-house counsel where he regularly drafted loan documents and facilitated large floor plan loans with car dealerships in twenty-six different states.
Mr. Davis graduated from Siena College in Albany, New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and a Minor in History. During his time in college, Mr. Davis was the starting goalie for the men’s ice hockey team, a writer/editor for the school paper, and a board member of Siena College’s Political Science Society.
Prior to his career at Shamoun & Norman, Mr. Davis practiced as a Civil Litigation Attorney. During this time, he managed and litigated a high volume of cases.
